- 6ozchunk light tuna in water,(1 can), drained
- 2tbspsour cream
- 2tsppickled capers
- ¼tspdried mustard
- 1pinchsalt
- 1cupgrape tomatoes
- green beans,handful
- 1pita round

Stir the tuna, sour cream, capers, mustard, and salt until well combined.

Divide the tuna salad, grape tomatoes, and green beans between the 2 pita pockets and stuff it all in.
