This incredibly quick tuna sandwich serves a crunchy and juicy bite. Green beans, tuna chunks, and grape tomatoes are layered in between pita rounds.

  • 6ozchunk light tuna in water,(1 can), drained
  • 2tbspsour cream
  • 2tsppickled capers
  • ¼tspdried mustard
  • 1pinchsalt
  • 1cupgrape tomatoes
  • green beans,handful
  • 1pita round


  1. Stir the tuna, sour cream, capers, mustard, and salt until well combined.

  2. Divide the tuna salad, grape tomatoes, and green beans between the 2 pita pockets and stuff it all in.

  3. Serve and enjoy.
