For Dressing:

For Salad:

  • 5cupsbaby arugula
  • 4figs,ripe, quartered
  • 4ozfresh mozzarella,sliced, torn into pieces
  • 2ozprosciutto,torn into pieces, thinly sliced
  • 10small fresh basil leaves

Instructions
