How To Make Halloumi with Triple Crunch Salad

Ingredients
- 250g halloumi cheese, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add halloumi slices and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, walnuts, sunflower seeds, and panko breadcrumbs.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, then toss well to combine.

Divide the salad among serving plates and top each plate with the cooked halloumi slices.

Serve the halloumi with triple crunch salad immediately, with lemon wedges on the side.
