How To Make Favourite Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (penne, fusilli, or rotini)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, black olives, feta cheese, parsley, and basil.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pour over the pasta mixture and toss until well coated.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
