Ingredients

  • 8 biscuits of your choice
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

  2. Crush the biscuits into small crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a plastic bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the biscuit crumbs, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.

  5. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

  6. Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with the batter.

  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  8. Remove from the oven and let the cupcakes cool completely before serving.
