- 8 biscuits of your choice
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

Crush the biscuits into small crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a plastic bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.

In a mixing bowl, combine the biscuit crumbs, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with the batter.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
