How To Make Dutch Oven Balsamic Chicken Recipe
Tender chicken thighs in a tangy balsamic glaze, cooked to perfection in a Dutch oven.

Ingredients
- 8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper.

Generously season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

Heat a Dutch oven over medium-high heat and add chicken thighs, skin side down.

Cook until skin is golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

Flip chicken over and pour in balsamic mixture, coating chicken evenly.

Transfer Dutch oven to oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Serve hot with your favourite sides.
