- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and carrots.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, celery seeds, salt, and pepper.
