  • 4 cups shredded cabbage

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and carrots.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, celery seeds, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots, and toss until well coated.

  4. Serve immediately for maximum crunchiness, or refrigerate for a few hours to allow the flavors to blend.
