How To Make Corned Beef Sandwich

Personalize your lunch with this corned beef sandwich complete with creamy coleslaw and semi-crunchy rye bread. Add mustard and dressing for a fresh taste.

  • 4slicesrye bread
  • 2tbspdijon mustard
  • 2tbspThousand Island dressing,or Russian dressing
  • 4slicesswiss cheese
  • ½cupprepared colelsaw
  • dill pickle slices,optional
  • 6ozcorned beef,sliced, cooked


  1. Lightly toast bread. Spread 2 slices with dijon mustard.

  2. Layer with swiss cheese, corned beef, coleslaw and dill pickle slices.

  3. Spread thousand island dressing on the remaining 2 slices.

  4. Top sandwiches and serve with a pickle.
