Ingredients

  • 4 cups of shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, cheddar cheese, and chopped chives.

  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
