How To Make Garlic Eyeballs with Creamy Chive Dip

Ingredients
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Peel the garlic cloves and cut a small slit in each one to resemble an eyeball.

Place the garlic cloves in a bowl and pour in the olive oil. Toss to coat.

In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.

Roll each garlic clove in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.

Place the coated garlic cloves on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream and chopped fresh chives to make the creamy chive dip.
