How To Make Caprese Salad with Balsamic Reduction

Ingredients
- 4 ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook until the mixture has reduced to a thick syrup consistency, about 8-10 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Arrange tomato slices, mozzarella slices, and basil leaves on a serving platter.

Drizzle the balsamic reduction over the salad.
