How To Make Broccoli Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 8 oz fusilli pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large pot of boiling water, blanch the broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and rinse under cold water.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper to make the vinaigrette dressing.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, blanched broccoli, cherry tomatoes, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.

Pour the vinaigrette dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat everything evenly.

Adjust seasonings if needed. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
