- 4large yukon gold potatoes,cut into wedges
- 2tbspolive oil
- 2tbspsalted butter,melted
- 1tbsplemon juice,fresh
- 2garlic cloves,minced
- ½tspdried thyme
- ¼tspgarlic salt
- ¼tsponion powder
- 1pinchfreshly ground black pepper,to taste
- 1tspdried parsley

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Toss potato wedges with olive oil, melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, thyme, garlic salt, and onion powder in a large bowl. Season with freshly ground cracked pepper to taste.
