Ingredients
- 2 lbs of beef roast
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of garlic powder
- 1 tbsp of onion powder
- 1 tbsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the olive oil all over the beef roast, then sprinkle the spice mixture evenly on all sides of the roast.
