  • 1 box Rice-Ah-Roni
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

  2. Add the rice and vermicelli mix from the Rice-Ah-Roni box to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until golden brown.

  3. Stir in the seasoning packet from the Rice-Ah-Roni box.

  4. Add water to the skillet and bring to a boil.

  5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.

  6. Fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
