  • 1 cup of sprouts
  • 1 cup of pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup of cranberries, dried
  • 2 cups of cooked brown rice
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and add sprouts, pecans, and cranberries. Cook for 5 minutes.

  2. Add cooked brown rice, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
