How To Make Spaghetti Pizza

Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1/4 cup sliced green bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
