Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a medium saucepan, cook frozen peas according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add cooked spaghetti, peas, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Toss to combine.

  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

  5. Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese.

  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
