How To Make Spaghetti with Lemon, Parmesan & Peas

Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 cup frozen peas
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a medium saucepan, cook frozen peas according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add cooked spaghetti, peas, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Toss to combine.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
