Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the cooked spaghetti, Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.

  3. Grease a 9-inch pie dish and press the spaghetti mixture onto the bottom and sides of the dish to form a crust.

  4. Pour the marinara sauce over the spaghetti crust and spread it evenly. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot.
