How To Make Macaroni Cheese with Crunch Crumb

Ingredients
- 8 oz macaroni noodles
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook macaroni noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a medium saucepan, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Slowly whisk in the milk and continue cooking until thickened and bubbly.

Remove saucepan from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper until melted and smooth.

Add cooked macaroni noodles to the cheese sauce and mix until evenly coated. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, melted butter, and garlic powder. Sprinkle this mixture over the macaroni in the baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.

Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
