Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and grated
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together grated cucumbers, yogurt, mint, cilantro, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper.

  2. If desired, sprinkle chaat masala and roasted cumin powder on top for additional flavor.

  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
