How To Make Linguine with Tuna Sauce

Ingredients
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (6 oz) tuna, drained
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened and fragrant.

Stir in the drained tuna, cherry tomatoes, and black olives. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the cooked linguine pasta to the sauce and toss until well coated.

Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
