How To Make Lemon Shrimp Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until well coated in the sauce.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
