How To Make Fusilli with Broccoli and Garlic Recipe
A flavorful pasta dish with tender broccoli florets and garlic.

Ingredients
- 1 pound fusilli pasta
- 1 large head broccoli, cut into florets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fusilli pasta and cook until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

While the pasta is cooking, steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 to 2 minutes.

Add the cooked broccoli to the skillet and toss to combine with the garlic and olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Add the cooked fusilli pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the broccoli and garlic. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
