How To Make Fusilli with Artichoke and Olive Sauce Recipe
A flavorful pasta dish with a tantalizing sauce made with artichokes and olives.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 pound of fusilli pasta
- 1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup of pitted kalamata olives, chopped
- 1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.

While the pasta is cooking, heat up the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add in the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add in the chopped artichokes and olives. Cook for another 5 minutes until softened.

Add in the cooked pasta and toss everything together until the pasta is fully coated in the sauce.

Remove from heat and mix in the chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and grated parmesan cheese.
