How To Make Creamy Chicken on Linguine Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 ounces linguine pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the linguine pasta according to the package instructions.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips and return to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

Drain the cooked linguine pasta and add it to the skillet with the chicken and sauce. Toss to coat the pasta evenly.

Serve the creamy chicken and linguine topped with chopped fresh parsley.
