How To Make Chicken Tequila Fettuccini Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccini noodles
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup tequila
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Cook fettuccini noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Season chicken strips with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add garlic, onion, red bell pepper, and jalapeno pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Pour in tequila and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the alcohol has evaporated.

Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until sauce has thickened, about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Add cooked fettuccini noodles and cooked chicken to the skillet. Toss until everything is well coated with the sauce.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
