How To Make Chicken and Spinach Ravioli

Ingredients
- 12 wonton or pasta wrappers
- 1 cup of cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup of fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of ricotta cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, Parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Lay out the wonton wrappers and place a spoonful of the chicken and spinach mixture onto each wrapper.

Brush the edges of the wrappers with beaten egg and fold them in half to create a triangle. Press the edges to seal.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the ravioli for 3-4 minutes or until they float to the top.

Remove the ravioli from the water with a slotted spoon and serve with your favorite sauce or broth.
