How To Make Chicken and Spinach Ravioli

Ingredients

  • 12 wonton or pasta wrappers
  • 1 cup of cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, Parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  2. Lay out the wonton wrappers and place a spoonful of the chicken and spinach mixture onto each wrapper.

  3. Brush the edges of the wrappers with beaten egg and fold them in half to create a triangle. Press the edges to seal.

  4. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the ravioli for 3-4 minutes or until they float to the top.

  5. Remove the ravioli from the water with a slotted spoon and serve with your favorite sauce or broth.
