How To Make Broccoli & taleggio rigatoni

Ingredients
- 12 oz rigatoni
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 oz taleggio cheese, diced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add broccoli florets to the skillet and cook until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.

Add cooked rigatoni to the skillet and toss to combine.

Add diced taleggio cheese and grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and coats the pasta.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
