Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 200g taleggio cheese
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes, then slice them into thin rounds.

  3. Place a slice of taleggio cheese on a potato slice, top with a small sprig of rosemary, and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Repeat until all the potato slices are used.

  5. Fold each potato slice in half to form a parcel, securing with a toothpick if necessary.

  6. Place the parcels on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden.

  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
