  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Place the seasoned fillets in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

  4. Remove from heat and let rest for a minute.
