How To Make Easy Ham and Noodles Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of egg noodles
- 2 cups of cooked ham, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of frozen peas
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, sauté the diced ham, onion, and garlic until the onion is translucent.

Add the frozen peas, chicken broth, and dried thyme to the skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in the heavy cream and cooked egg noodles. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, until heated through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
