Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 cup ketchup (for topping)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, 1/4 cup ketchup, onion, bell pepper, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, thyme, oregano, and parsley. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.

Spread the remaining 1/4 cup of ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
