Ingredients

  • 1 kg goat meat, cooked and shredded
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 4 pita breads, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded goat meat, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the goat meat mixture and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until heated through and slightly crispy.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, Greek yogurt, and fresh coriander leaves to make the dressing.

  4. To serve, warm the pita breads in a toaster or oven. Spread a generous amount of the coriander dressing on each pita bread and top with a portion of the pulled goat meat mixture.

  5. Roll up the pita bread tightly and serve immediately.
