How To Make Pulled Goat Kebabs with Coriander Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 kg goat meat, cooked and shredded
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 4 pita breads, for serving
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the shredded goat meat, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the goat meat mixture and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until heated through and slightly crispy.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, Greek yogurt, and fresh coriander leaves to make the dressing.

To serve, warm the pita breads in a toaster or oven. Spread a generous amount of the coriander dressing on each pita bread and top with a portion of the pulled goat meat mixture.
