Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, diced onion, parsley, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the turkey burgers for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
