Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, diced onion, parsley, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.

  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the turkey burgers for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  4. Toast the burger buns on the grill or skillet until lightly browned.

  5. Assemble the burgers with desired toppings on the toasted buns.
