Ingredients
- 1 rack of lamb
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon ground paprika
- 1 tablespoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper to make the spice rub.
