How To Make Pork Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 lb pork, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the pork and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add a bit of oil if needed and sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.

Add the carrot and peas to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender.

Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the empty space. Let the eggs cook for a minute or until partially set, then scramble them using a spatula.

Add the cooked rice and pork to the skillet and stir everything together.

Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

Cook for another couple of minutes, stirring continuously, until everything is heated through.

Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot.
