  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix the curry powder, honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the curry honey mustard sauce over them, making sure they are evenly coated.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and has reached an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

  5. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with rice or a side of vegetables.
