Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

  4. Brush both sides of chicken with the honey mustard glaze.

  5. Place chicken in a baking dish and pour remaining glaze on top.

  6. Bake for 35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
