Ingredients
- 500g boneless chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 cups spinach, washed and chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-inch ginger, grated
- 2 green chilies, slit lengthwise
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.

Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and slit green chilies. Sauté for a minute.

Add boneless chicken pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides.

In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala.

Add the yogurt mixture to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring well.

Add chopped spinach and salt. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add water if needed to adjust the consistency of the curry.

Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked thoroughly and the flavors are well blended.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
