How To Make Reuben Crescent Bake

Ingredients
- 1 can (8 ounces) crescent rolls
- 8 ounces thinly sliced corned beef
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Unroll the crescent rolls and separate into triangles. Arrange them in a greased 9-inch pie dish, overlapping the edges to create a crust.

Layer the corned beef over the crescent roll crust.

Spread the sauerkraut evenly over the corned beef.

Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese on top of the sauerkraut.

Drizzle the Thousand Island dressing over the cheese.

Fold the overhanging edges of the crescent rolls over the filling.

Brush the beaten egg over the top of the crescent rolls.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and the filling is heated through.
