  • 4 cups frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the hash browns, cheddar cheese, onion, and bell pepper. Mix well.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
