How To Make Greek Ground Beef Casserole Recipe
A delicious and flavorful beef casserole with a Greek twist!

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic, and red bell pepper, and cook until softened.

Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.

Add diced tomatoes, olives, oregano, salt, and pepper, and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Transfer the beef mixture to a casserole dish and sprinkle feta cheese on top.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until heated through and cheese is golden brown.
