
How To Make Double Cheese Casserole
This rich double cheese casserole can be on your table in under an hour. Baked with egg noodles, ground beef, and sour cream for a creamy and tangy dish.

Ingredients
- 12ozegg noodles,(1 package), uncooked
- 1lblean ground beef
- 1large onion,diced
- 15oztomato sauce,(1 can)
- 4ozcream cheese
- 12ozcottage cheese
- 8ozsour cream,(1 container)
- salt and pepper,to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Cook the egg noodles according to package directions.

Brown the ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium high heat. Reduce the heat to low, add the tomato sauce, stir well, and let simmer for 1 minute.

Add the cream cheese and cottage cheese to the ground beef mixture, stirring together until well blended. Then stir in the egg noodles and sour cream until well mixed.

Pour into an 8×8-inch casserole dish.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
