How To Make Creamy Broccoli Casserole

- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, diced onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Add the cooked broccoli florets to the cheese mixture and stir until evenly coated.

Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
