- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and garlic. Cook until softened.

Add flour to the skillet and stir until well combined. Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and milk. Cook until thickened.

Stir in the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook until cheese is melted and mixture is well combined.

Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and mix until evenly coated with sauce.

Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
