How To Make Chicken and Rice Casserole I

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup long grain white rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbling.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
