Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked egg noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain excess grease.

Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, salt, black pepper, and cooked egg noodles. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.

Sprinkle paprika over the cheese layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
