How To Make Sticky Glazed Ribs

Ingredients
- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of hoisin sauce
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).

Place the ribs on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.

Bake the ribs for 2 hours, until tender.

In a saucepan, combine the brown sugar, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Cook over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved and the sauce has thickened, about 10 minutes.

Increase the oven temperature to 450°F (230°C).

Brush the glaze over the ribs and return them to the oven for 10 minutes, until the glaze is caramelized and sticky.
