How To Make Really Sticky Ribs

These ribs are coated in a sticky, sweet and savory glaze that will have you licking your fingers!

Ingredients

  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp of ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place the ribs on a baking sheet and brush them generously with the glaze mixture.

  4. Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.

  5. Remove the foil, brush the ribs with more glaze, and continue baking uncovered for another hour or until the ribs are tender and caramelized.

  6. Serve the sticky ribs hot and enjoy!
